Meal Plans

In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2007-2008 academic year:

Meal Plans

10 Meal Plan with 200 Points
10 meals per week (for use in the CAF) and 200 points (to be used in Hampstead’s or Jazzman’s). You can choose to add $100 or $200 to this plan.
15 Meal Plan with 150 Points

15 meals per week (for use in the CAF) and 150 points (to be used in Hampstead’s or Jazzman’s). You can choose to add $100 or $200 to this plan.

19 Meal Plan with 75 Points

19 meals per week (for use in the CAF) and 75 points (to be used in Hampstead’s or Jazzman’s). You can choose to add $100 or $200 to this plan.

Meal Cards
Selection of a Campus Dining Services Meal Plan allows you purchasing power equivalent to the plan you have selected. Mississippi College requires all boarding students to participate in the meal program. We offer three meal plans designed to work around the busiest of schedules. Each plan comes with a fixed number of weekly board meals for use in the Caf and points to be used in Hampstead’s and Jazzman’s.

  • Meal plan costs are included in the On Campus Living Charge that covers room and board. Additional points may be purchased.
  • The meals are per week (seven days – Friday to Thursday).
  • One scan per mealtime -- an extra scan during a mealtime will be charged to points.
  • Points equal dollars to be spent at Hampstead’s or Jazzman’s. Drinks can be purchased after meal hours in the CAF.
  • Meals do not carry over from week to week.
  • Points carry over from the fall semester to the spring semester only.

Lost or stolen Meal Cards
Lost or stolen Meal Cards can be replaced. Should this happen to you visit Campus Security.

Dietary Needs
Do you have particular dietary needs? Our Campus Dining Services Program will do our best to accommodate your special dietary requirements. For more information, please contact Cliff Hall at 601.925.7646 or by e-mail at chall@mc.edu.

Policies and Procedures

One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

  • Please bus your tray and disposables from your table when you have finished dining.
  • Please refrain from taking food, dishes or utensils from the dining area.
  • Remember that Meal Cards are non-transferable. Meal cards cannot be used by anyone but the purchaser.
